Your Highness.

A queen arose this morning. Hate on hush, high on happiness.

Blessed breezes kissed her melanin cheeks
And wrestled with the ringlets in that carry her people’s plight.
She is a delicate vessel, coated in kindness but a dangerous soldier armed with pride.

The earth ends and begins in her womb, girded in grace and grit.
Her love, Earth’s shield.

She is, unbreakable and unbelievable.
